Dr. Patkar’s Apple Cider Vinegar with Mother is made by crushing fresh, organically grown apples after allowing them to mature in wooden barrels. When the vinegar matures, it contains a dark, cloudy, web-like bacterial foam called the Mother. This is the sign that the friendly enzymes and bacteria that promote healing have not been removed.
